In unseren Zustandsstandards steht neue (Überschüsse) für Gegenstände, die ursprünglich an Militärpersonal ausgegeben wurden, aber vorher nicht verwendet wurden.
In den meisten Fällen erspart die Militärprobleme Gegenstände für alles, was sie können, falls Soldaten ihre verlorenen oder beschädigten Geräte oder Kleidung ändern müssen. Nach 2-4 Jahren (abhängig vom Land) nach der Ausgabe von Ausrüstung an Personal wechselt das Militär sie in neue, um die Haupt- und Ersatzpersonalausrüstung zu erneuern, auch wenn Ersatz überhaupt nicht verwendet wurde. So kommt nicht verwendetes militärische Qualitätsgegenstände in unser Lagerhaus.
